TERMS, RETURNS, & PRIVACY

Luhky 13 reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change and update this policy at any time. We encourage our customers to check this page for any changes or update to stay informed. You as a customer acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and stay informed with any update and changes to our policies.  These terms and conditions govern your use of the Luhky 13’s online wholesale store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.

 

Wholesale access to Luhky 13’s products is granted only to businesses of a retail nature. Businesses must be an operational physical retail store or a identified online store with a unique URL (www.yourstore.com) for the purpose of reselling Luhky 13’s products to the general public.

Each application is reviewed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion.  Our goal is to ensure mutual benefit and a space where our brand is a good fit for reseller. All businesses must provide a copy of their resale certificate or business license as required by their registered state BEFORE a decision is made.

MINIMUMS & REORDERS

$400 Minimum opening order and $200 for subsequent Re-Orders.

Payments must be made at the time of order. Payment can be made via credit card or Paypal.  Invoices can be sent via Square or QuickBooks if you prefer; simply select manual payment and contact us.  No order will be processed until payment is settled unless prior arrangements have been requested and approved (e.g., contracting, tradeshow/event pickup, or in person local delivery & payment).

 

We don’t have a specific MOQ or Master Pack pricing, we only require that the minimum dollar amount is met.  This allows you to mix and match as needed to provide a wider variety for customers.

 

​RESELLER PRICING By applying and accepting a wholesale account with Luhky 13, you agree that your online presence will match our pricing.  We understand the occasional sale (holidays/seasonal), but the sale must be short term and prices must revert to either match or exceed our online listed pricing.

 

THIRD PARTY SELLERS. Luhky 13 always prohibits the sale of its goods to or through any third-party sellers , in any way, without exception (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.)

PRICING

We encourage everyone (consumer and resellers) to set up an account and log in before ordering. We have a specific wholesale page that requires a basic login (that will be provided to you once your account is approved).  You will then see all items that are eligible for wholesale and the applicable pricing.

Any applicable duties or taxes are not included in your purchase price. Due to exchange rate fluctuations pricing may change at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.

COUPONS, SALES, DISCOUNTS

Unless otherwise stated, all coupons, sales, free shipping, and discounts do not apply to wholesale purchases.

SHIPPING & PRODUCT TRANSIT

Currently we are only fulfilling US domestic orders only.  We will be doing this until our shipping transit companies establish normalcy and we can ensure that the orders arrive in timely manner WITH accurate tracking and delivery confirmation.

 

Shipping is based on the total weight of your order.  Our items are weighed and input in the system to ensure an accurate as possible shipping weight. Currently our system only allows for automatic shipping rates for USPS.  If you want to utilize other shippers such as UPS and FedEx, please choose manual payment and we will send you an itemized invoice of your selected products and estimated shipping cost for your desired shipper (UPS or FedEx).

 

All wholesale orders are NOT eligible for free shipping.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed and package for shipping, we will update our system and an automatic email will be generated and sent to you with all tracking information. You can then use the respective shipper and their system to track your order.  Please keep in mind that we have no control of tracking and timing of these external companies.

 

SHIPPING ACCOUNTS

If you want to utilize other shippers such as UPS and FedEx, please choose manual payment and we will send you an itemized invoice of your selected products and estimated shipping cost for your desired shipper (UPS or FedEx). Once payment is made, we will arrange for pick up/drop off of your order.

 

IMPORT DOCUMENTS, DUTIES, & TAXES

All wholesale customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country.

 

PAYMENTS

Luhky 13 checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for our customers to purchase directly from our online boutique.  According to our provider, TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure.  TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.  Luhky 13 via our hosting service only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

 

Payment shall be made at the time the order is placed.

 

Orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.

 

WHOLESALE ORDER PROCESSING TIME

In stock item orders are usually processed and shipped out within 7 to 14 business days; larger, custom, or personalized/made to order items may take a bit longer.  

 

Luhky 13 is not responsible for service transit time as they are outside of our control or authority. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods or local circumstances. Our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery of your order (depending on your shipping provider and the service you selected). Luhky 13 cannot be responsible for delays caused by disruptions to freight routes, customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies.

 

If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame established by the provider, we recommend contacting them directly.

FORCE MAJEURE

Luhky 13 will not be liable for any failure to supply or delay in supply caused by a Force Majeure beyond our reasonable control.

“Force Majeure” means any of the following events or occurrences and the effects thereof: fire, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, explosion, accident, act of a public enemy, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, sabotage, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, labour disputes, transportation embargoes, national or international oil or fuel shortage, acts of God, acts of government or any agency or judicial action.

 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

All cancellations or changes to your order (both wholesale and retail) must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total deducted from your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, & MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage, defective, and missing claims on shipped items must be made within 3 calendar days of carrier documented delivery. No claims will be accepted after 3 calendar days. Call 508-963-9858 or email info@luhky13.com for a return authorization on damaged/defective/missing items. All items must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

In some cases, a required police report will need to be filed before a refund or replacement can be issued.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

A 25% restocking fee may apply to any order to cover any associated materials or labor.  Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All custom/customer modified & personalized items are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Any items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or online store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing materials, and must be re-saleable as-is. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount.

 

For all approved returns or exchanges, you will need a Return/Exchange Authorization Number (REAN). To obtain this, please email us at info@luhky13.com and include your order number in the subject line and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your REAN #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package so that we can process quicker. This REAN # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an REAN #.
